Need trailer-in Florida...
I wonder if just by chance someone in Florida has a 28-30 foot trailer (NOT 5th wheel, or goose neck) that I could use, borrow, or rent to move my 2 '65 Mustang project cars to Ohio??? I'm trying to get my 2 cars up to Ohio, and bring my friend's 2 GTOs back with me.

Two goats for a couple of ponies sounds like a good trade to me. I don't think you will find a bumper pull trailer that long without it being at least a pintle hitch. You would have better luck locating a gooseneck, and it would handle better too. Have you tried posting in the local section?

I think with that kind of weight you going to want a gooseneck, I don't think your going to be able to find a bumper pull trailer like that, not to mention that fact that it may not be able to handle that weight any way. My reciever hitch is rated at 10,000lbs. i would assume 2 cars plus the weight of the trailer you going to be over the 10,000lbs.

I've seen this type of trailer alot down here-some of the wrecker companies use them to haul multiple cars to the scrap yards.
A pintle hook type hitch setup would be OK-I've got one that fits into my class 4 receiver hitch, I will look up the "local" forum. Thanks!
