Front Crossmember
just need to vent y'all...
I removed the crossmember to do some tranny work...I reinstalled it today and...after 5 hours I finally got it back together...I HATE THAT THING. (after a broken finger and gash in my forehead, I have to say that it kicked my butt...nothing that a coors light and a copenhagen won't take care of though)

And this is in a 76? I found the highboy crossmembers are easy to work with compared to the 78/79 married t-case setup. The highboy ones are pretty much a couple bolts and they're out in my experience.. wondering why you had so much trouble?
