ABS Sensor Reset Question?
My dad was doing some brake work on his newly aquired 2000 E-350 Super Duty Van and lost some brake fluid which tripped my abs sensor because of low fluid. He bled the system and the light showed up on the dash. He tried disconnecting the battery with no luck. Any suggestions short of hooking up a scanner?

Did he get air in the master cylinder? You might try starting the engine and loosening the brake pressure sensor and letting a little fluid come out. I don't know if it will purge all of the air, but it should get most of it.
