I've been reading a lot of "near misses" dealing with sector shafts breaking. This is starting to rattle my cage a little seeing how my truck is my main family ride. Anyhow, I've been looking for some upgrades and read about PSC and AGR. The AGR Rock Ram kit seems like a good upgrade for what you get. I was wondering if the ram that replaces your steering stabilizer would act as a back up/ failsafe if the sector shaft went? It seems as though it would. The kit is about $1200 through AGR, BUT you can order the same kit through Autozone for under a grand! What do you guy's think?
