2. The 4 rear tires do no last long they go completely bald in a matter of one year ( less then 20000 miles) WTF????

3. Freakin power door lock, only one door is left working, they try to go up and down but it just wont do it, remedy????

4. I wanna change my glow plugs, how do i do so? and can I get them from the international dealer for cheaper????

I have a dually and get 50k easily on my tires, but I rotate the heck out of them. The problem with dually's is that the rear tires scuff a bit on turns (two tires on same side with different turning radii - leads to scuffing). The solution is two fold in my opinion...1) put very good tires that have a superhard rubber compound (like Michelin XPS Rib tires) and don't drive hard in turns and 2) rotate the tires on a regular basis (I do it at 5000 miles). Inners go to front, outer rears go to inner rears, and inner rears go to front. I know it is a pain to break the tires down and remount them, but if you really want the tires to last you have to do it.

1. go to local spring shop have front springs re-arched( or replace them, your choice)

2. Air pressure and rotation, those are the keys to tire life. That and the fact we know your front springs have sagged , your back ones may also be drooping and throwing the geometry off , thus wearing the tires quickly.

3. and 4. Pete covered it(f250_)
