C7AE-A heads

well I looked on my driver side head of my 67 F250 with a 352.

What can you tell me about my heads?
Are they worth rebuilding or replacing?

If they have not been milled to death or have sunken valves sure they are decent to rebuild. Most of those have the 71-74 cc jellybean shaped chambers. I understand there were early sets with a slightly different chamber shape and size. But I haven't see those personally. The C7 heads were some of the first to get the thermactor smog stuff. If your planning a stock rebuild they are fine. But I can't see dumping tons of cash in them on porting and bigger valves. There are better choices. But if the budget is tight they will be fine and run well.
