Well mine is pretty simple (I don't have much of an imagination either)

First name--bobby + First initial of last name--t (thompson) + abreviation of my state nm (New Mexico)

I could have used any of the myriad of *******izations of Bobby that I have been called over the years (and still answer to) boob, booby, boobster, bob-oh, etc, etc, etc. My nickname since I was a baby has been Boo. I even have nephews adn nieces that call me Uncle Boo.
