Very usefull thread, I just changed my plugs after thinking about doing it for a month. It really wasnt as bad as I had feared. Just need the right tools and lots of patience for those back 2 on the passengers side. Threads like this one make getting into a job like this a little easier, Thanks

there are a few more threads started that have a few more pics, but once i got going i never really thought about stopping to get the camera.

glad that it helped get you going on the change!!

Any one have the napa part # for the boots I hear they are $3 .00 there?

Just visited NAPA and did not see any $3 boots. However...I did find several on the list. Some with the spring...and others without.

When I did mine, I got "Standard" brand boots, $3 each, but that was jobber which is a very steep discount. You might want to try different auto parts stores.

As for quality, the Standard brand boots looked almost exactly like the Ford stock ones did, and were certainly nice and supple. They've been working great for the past 3 years.
