DR shackles

What's goin on guys been a while since I have been on. We have been super busy at work getting the squadron ready for their upcoming deployment. Anyways I currently have a 4" leaf Spring lift on my PSD. I purchased a set of 2" RCD Hangers and 6" DR lift blocks w/17" ubolts to add to my current lift setup. It came with all the hardware and nuts and bolts. How difficult is this to install? Is it something that requires air tools and another set of hands? Or can this be done with Socket wrenches in my driveway? Any advice and input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

lift blocks can be done with hand tools and a jack, i hate blocks though, spend the money on springs.
i dont know what rcd hangers are

The blocks are for the rear. The RCD Hangers are a 2" hanger for the front spring. Already have the 4" springs on. I read somewhere that the bumper should be taken off.
