ECM Flashes

How many ECM flashes does Ford release in given year? Does a ECM re-flash for an '03 cover an '07? Is there a distribution list I need to be on to ensure that I get these latest flashs?

no a reflash for an 03 is only for an 03

They issue as many as they feel they need to do to solve problems. It can be as low as zero (carry over vehicle with no changes from the previous year) to a high that I've seen of about 15.
