Oil loss
My 97 F150 4x4 is losing oil. I just checked my oil and found it to be down 2-3 quarts. I park the truck in the garage and have no spots on the floor and it doesnt seem to smoke. Sometimes it sends out white smoke at start. the truck has 63000 miles on it and get an oil change at 3000. Ive heard of a front cover gasket but its not listed on my recalls, plus it should put oil on the floor. Anyone else every had this problem, with the milage it shouldn't be using oil at all. Thanks for any help.
