Hesitation
I have a 98 F-150 with a 4.2L V6 and Manual Transmission. The truck seems to hesitate everytime I push the gas pedal to the floor. If I slowly accelerate it seems OK, but it jumps whenever I "Floor it" I already replaced the fuel and air filters and no joy. Any help would be appreciated.

I have the same problem with my '98 4.2L V6. I was told the same story about the fuel injector cleaner, so I am trying that right now. So far it has not made a big difference. Somebody also told me that they had the same problem and it turned out to be the mass flow sensor. I am curious if anyone has had to replace one of those to get rid of the problem.
