EGT is a function of a number of variables which makes it really difficult to say what they will be with any load/grade/speed/gear/tires/program/air temp/where you are measuring egt/etc.
What I can tell you is that you can easily run 1200 degrees for long periods of time...I am really conservative and run to a max of 1100 degrees...though I almost never see it towing anything, anywhere (I go over Hoover Dam pulling a 35' 5er and I travel the southwest in 100+). I have 4" exhaust, AIS filtration, DP-Tuner 40 hp tow pcm...it all depends on how your truck is set up.
