So theres a 97 F250 PSD with 230k with a new tranny that has 15k on it and was put in last december. Its a 5-speed with a new clutch, oh and it comes with a myers plow. He's asking 5500. I dunno if its me but that seems rediculoiusly low in price. The body looks good and it runs good. Is there anything i should be looking for if i would go to buy it because to me that sounds to good to be true.
Serious though if owner will let you pull orange boot off turbo do so. Look for bent or chipped vanes also look for puddles of oil in boot, check condition of air filter .Don't be scared of milage there are a lot of us w/more miles going strong.
Check the front leafs because mine sag and it never had a plow on it, they prob sag some but its just something to look at...the price sounds good to me as long as its been kept up .
