I see the wink

It hasn't even been tidy..... is presently in the final process of being set-up.

It has taken almost 4 years due to looking after my Wife (a victim of 4 strokes).

Plus, I'm on the disability list myself

Those 2 boxes are full of stuff from a Garage sale

Can you believe it ?.....$10.00 for over $200.00 worth of new unused things.

I just finished the wiring of that side of the garage.

Fridge outlet... Compressor Outlet..... and special overhead lighting.

I have a pic of it in its messy glory somewhere

But hey..... I got the photos taken

I had to laugh when I saw this one. Man, you haven't seen mine. It would put Dennis to shame. I would take a picture and prove it to you, but I can't even get in there to take a picture.

P.S. to Dennis, sorry to hear about your wife. That is a real bummer. My wife was down for 3 months and it was hell I don't know how I would handle it if it was a permanent situation.

Million, I posted the booster pics in my gallery. I was wrong about the 78 it is fulcrum design. 73 is not where I could get pics of it.

From the bottom chart you will note a different booster for those 2 applications

F150 4x4 / 4x2 in one year

FT-14

and 4x4 in another year

Never mind the F250's

Get the FT Number off the push rod and post it.

It should be in the area of the eyelet.

meanwhile here is an aftermarket reference

Sorry to hear about the Miss's es? I was cleaning my storage room out (my Grandpa has half) and as I would remove something from my side, it would "reappear" on his side.

ok so i have a 79 supercab 4x4 which uses a bracket to the firewall and a rod straight through to the pedal (no fulcrum link)...i recently switched the cab with a 4x2 cab (not sure of the year) and my booster bolts right up, but the rod doesnt reach the pedal. it is the longer rod available.

could this cab require a fulcrum link? could i just change out the pedal?

what exactly is the difference in the whole setup that makes the pedal further from the booster rod? is it the distance the actual pedal is mounted of just the pedal itself?

Get me the FT number off the pushrod.

You may have an older (74-75-76 ) booster trying to go on a newer truck.

It happens

ok so i talked to a fella who used to rip apart at least 2 of these old trucks a day and just as i concluded, the brake pedals are different. they made many diff. kinds of booster setups and a few diff. pedal setups.
