Tell me about it, and my truck is a CC/LB. When I went to the strip, I couldn't get a single ricer to stage with me even though it was test-n-tune. They just acted like they were fiddling with some nonexistant part under the hood every time I came by to stage.

Isn't that fun I have the same thing when I run up at Newton on test and tune nights. only thing I can get to stage against me anymore is nitrous injected V8s it seems.
I daily drive mine, take it to remote tower sites, all seasons and conditions. Work out of it, have two 105ah sealed batteries in the back, and a 1kwatt true sine inverter, to run whatever i need, plenty of tools, and stock. etc. Tow our skidloaders as necesary, and anything else that needs tower around. Average about 30k miles a year.
But really, that's the best answer I can come up with. I bought it because it was what I wanted most, and because I can do just about anything I need to with it.
I'll haul a truckful of camping gear and 5 friends; tow a Bobcat skidsteer; drive to church on Sunday by myself; carry a few groceries in the back seat; make it through a quite-narrow "4x4 only" trail; haul a buddy's broken down BMW bike, a crap load of sound equipment, 3 of us in the front, and a ceiling-high backseat load; drive to Tahoe and back for the weekend; carry myself and 5 family members out to dinner; cruise around town having fun; drive to diesel races/pulls/dynos; haul several Christmas trees; haul a 3k-lbs pallet of paving stones; haul a load to the dumps; etc.; etc!
Mostly I just drive around by myself, sometimes taking it easy, sometimes having a little fun. Any time I need to, I can load her up to the hilt with whatever I need, and carry six full-size adults pretty comfortably, a bunch of junk, or tow something, and in between I can drive around town unloaded, across country, to the snow or on the nicest pavement, have some fun with a decent 300/620 or whatever I make, all while getting an easy 15 mpg when I'm empty, and as high as 20.2, loving every minute of it, and missing it oh so badly when I'm riding in some gas vehicle with someone else driving. Rode with someone recently on a 4-hr drive in a Pathfinder, and boy was I longing to be driving my truck.

Daily Driver (outside sales, so that can mean 150-200 miles a day), tow the 5er to anywhere I want to go, Hurricane/disaster relief vehicle (when the moneys right), tow tractors to hunting lease, haul seed and fertilizer to lease, dads taxi for my girls to go to cheer practice/soccer/whatever. I dont ride with anyone else much, (unless it is another PSD) I would rather them ride with me.
I have never had a more reliable, comfortable, fun vehicle in my life. My firey red head will be with me for a looooooong time.
p.s. my wife (blonde) hates it when I call my truck that.
Daily driver/ pulling trailers / pulling rocks out of the field (don't have a large tractor and it seems to be a good substitute)/ Pulling Chevy’s & Dodges out of the ditch in winter.
