Front End Vibration when Braking

I've got an 04 Expedition XLT, the front end has been vibrating for a while. The wife had it looked at and was told we needed new front rotors because they were warped. So I changed both front rotors and put new pads on also. But there's no difference what so ever when braking. It still vibrates just like it did before the new pads and rotors. Has anyone had this issue? I was told it couldn't be the alignment. Any help would be appreciated, were going out of town in a few days and I would love to take care of this problem before we leave. Have a front end inspection done. It could be lots of things, but if it wasn't the brakes then I'm guessing you have worn out ball joints.

Could it be the ball-joints in a 3 year old vehicle(it's got about 75k miles)? Would that be covered under our extended warranty (bumper-to-bumper)?
