Just bought a 94 F250 with some kind of viper alarm/door unlock system. It's driving me crazy because I don't understand the light on the dash and I want to be sure that it's not interfering with the hazards & new brake controller that I just had installed (with trailer connected hazards didn't work on truck or trailer altho indicators in the truck flash - after driving and some solid light & flashing light on what I guess is the alarm system the hazards on the truck work).
How do I figure out what model I have and what kind of place do I need to take it if it isn't working correctly (guy I bought it from implied that it didn't always work right).
from your home phone call this number 1-800-2740200 it will take you the closes alarm dealer
remember if it is a viper system you have lifetime warranty
yes that is correct needs to be installed at a viper or dei dealer
this alarm can not be sold over the counter or with out installation
so most likely it is under warranty
