I have a 2003 F250 SD 7.3L The alarm system is a Ford Dealer installed unit that was installed last year before I bought the truck. At some point my wife was driving the truck and somehow ended up cycling the key a couple times which reprogrammed the alarm into what seams like a valet mode. The alarm LED blinks twice with a pause between double blinks. Now my alarm doesn't activate. The remote still works with the door locks with flashing marker lights and all but I can open the door with the key and no alarm sounds. I can't find my alarm paperwork so I'm hoping someone can give me the procedure to put it back into normal alarm mode.

 

look at your owners manuel. inside you should have details on how to re-set your alarm. in case you dont have your trucks manuel look for it on fords web-site
