2000 F150 4.6 - P0401 Code

Was getting the old P0401 code, took mine apart last night, ports were clogged 100%, problem with mine is I can't get the EGR valve off to completly clean the ports, the head of the bolt (the one without the stud) is stripped, cleaned as best I could, reset the light, today the light came back on same code. So the silly sounding question is, the actual part that the EGR bolts to that mounts to the intake is called a ???, looks like I will have to purchase a new one of these and a new EGR valve. Any idea how much this part costs from Ford? Is this base plate also considered the throttle body?
