Hey Morris I got your hotdog poker. I did not see again on 8th last night so I have it.
It was kinda disappointed at the lack of old cruisers on 8th. Lots of cops. Saw them having a guy 69 Chev Nova Yenko being towed. The guy freaking out because the tow truck used a rope to tye the steering straight and scratching the paint. The cops did not seem to be going after idiots, but after the car buffs. Spoiling the fun. My wife said lots of the businesses wanted this they are tired of cleaning the messes up after the cruise weekend.
Man it is only once a year. My wife has suddenly got a dislike for these old cars and cruises. She said they must of pulled these cars of because something is wrong with them.
Man I'm getting disappointed in her. SHe use to enjoy going to the car shows and stuff and now she has no liking of them. I know she has been under a lot of stress this last year, but man this is what I like. I told her they are ruining a good thing that involves 100's of thousands of people because of a few jerks ruin it for us. She said maybe the way to stop the idiots is to stop the cruisers. She is playing devil advocate forthe stores and the police.

Well the police were riding the cruiser car butts last night. Tonight I was on 8th st after the show and shine around 7 tonight and there was more old cruisers and classics than there was Saturday night. Also a lot less police.

Sucks to hear the cruise wasnt as good as it had been previous years.
I know if a tow truck operator scratched the paint on an old car I had, he would be getting more then he bargained for! I would also have breakfast in the slammer, but hey, thats a small price to pay for sticking up for your ride.

Yeah no kidding obviously the cops where eating too many donuts and havent had a chance to give out enough tickets so that was there night to feast i guess you could say still it does ruin all the fun

hey snowking... when did you get a 69?
hey not sure if you already know but I have found several times, that if the ground wire is corroded for the rear lights on 67-77 ford trucks, they act like there is no power... i know you already know lots, but I have seen that problem quite a few times on old ford trucks :-) just thought id mention it cuz its an easy fix
