O-rings
I know I should pay more attention but have been away for a month. Where can I get an o-ring kit for the fuel system on a 7.3 and what the complete kit called? I knwo where to buy some but they are aircraft and are 3 X the price I'm sure. Passin Thru

My lookup is down right now and motorcraft doesn't list any kits. However, I would expect aviation parts to be atleast twice as expensive as automotive, too. You can pick up a good selection of O-rings from just about any hardware store.

I have had issues with the silcone type o-rings under moderate pressure (say 3000psi), they squeeze out of very tiny places because they are too soft. Also neoprene and some rubber compounds don't like fuels, the plain old black ones are normally fine, but orange, red and clear I don't like.
