Front brake "CHATATATTER"

Front brake "CHATATATTER"
I have noticed when its wet out and I am backing up and apply the brakes I get a "chatter" in the front brakes and when I hit a big puddle I get the same "chatter" going forward when I hit the brakes, it "chatters" so much I feel it in the peddle. Any ideas?

If only like you describe, it's possible that a caliper is starting to grab. Check the brake pad on that side to see if it's worn down more than the other side.

are yo usure its in the front and not the rear? if the rear wheel seal is leaking and one back tire starts to lock on wet ground you'll get the chatters and feel it in the pedal when the abs kicks in
