100,000
OH YEAH! My 2004 F-150 FX4 just made it to 100,000 miles. Best damn truck I have ever had! On Sept. 11, 2007, my truck will be 3 years old. I drive this bad boy on construction sites that are dry, muddy, rutted, and paved. My truck has never let me down. I have installed a K&N cold air intake, Edge Programmer, a Flowmaster cat-back dual exhaust system and I run on BFG All Terrain KOs. I am looking forward to another 100,000 miles. Well, I hope everyone else has as good of luck I have had! Thanks FORD for building a quality product.

i dont even know what kind of mileage is on this one. it said 30 something when i bought it but they said they rebuilt the motor about 6,000 before that so i'm thinking if that's anything close to correct and taking into consideration i haven't had an operable speedo in two years or a correct speedo in it.. well.. never becuz the tires are oversized a bit,... around... 60,000 on a 79 and no enormous problems that weren't normal wear and tear maintenance kinda chit.
i think my 79 kicks your 100,000... j/k.. i dont know nor do i care... i'm just bored enough to start being annoying... sorry
