I haven't price them at Ford, but I heard a mechanic say that the coil pack/wires go for $100 a piece. Thats $1000 for just the coils/wires in only 51000 more miles. The salesman didn't mention that when he was bragging about the 100k service interval. I hope an aftermarket ignition company comes out with a cheaper/better alternative in the next two years.
I don't think that you need to replace the coil pack at 100k, just the spark plug that it is covering.
I have had my Fumoto with nipple installed for two oil changes now and I love it! Now if we could just find a way to drain the filter and the adapter above it easily...
