Rough 2-3 shift, 2001 F250

Rough 2-3 shift, 2001 F250
When the truck warms up, every now and then I get a rough shift form 2-3. I did some searching and found a thread that said it's somewhat normal, and I found another that mentioned a throttle and/or pressure solenoid in the transmission being faulty would cause the issue. It's not bad, it's just somewhat of an annoyance, so I guess it's not a huge deal to me if I can't fix it. Any ideas? Thanks.

I have the same issue with my '01 F250 7.3L 6spd. I assume when you say 2nd to 3rd you are not counting Low as 1st gear... I notice that mine is very sloppy unless I hesitate and let the rpms come down. I don't have the problem in any other gear.
Anyone have any ideas? How big a job is replacing the trany solenoid ?
