C6 shift points question

C6 shift points question
Needing a little info here. The C6 in My '87 F250 is making the 1-2 shift @ 15 mph,and the 2-3 at 30 mph. Is this 2-3 shift point normal? I tried manual shifting, and the 2-3 came in @ 25 mph.
Also, My trans has a GearVendors unit on it.

I was just thinking about that today. My 89 has pretty much the same shift points. I have 3.55 gears so it lugs a lot if you let it. It only does it at lite acceleration. If you stand on it shifts at about 25 for 1-2 and 35 for 2-3. If I manual shift it i can wind it up to whatever I want. I'll have to look and see what controls this on mine. My dad had a 94 with 4.10 gears and it was about the same at lite throttle but wound up tight at hard throttle. Hope you get some good replies.
