An alternator is not something that would ever see my torque wrench. Maybe I should, but I'm certain I won't. Just tighten them up good and go have a cold one.

I think the bolts are metric so the chart will only get you in the ballpark, plus, you're putting them into cast aluminum, so slide towards the low end. I use a little anti-seize and then just give the ratchet a little thump with my palm after seating them and haven't had any issues.

Which bolts? The small ones that hold the alternator together, or the ones that mount it to the engine?
For that matter, if anyone has it, what's the spec on the nut that retains the pulley?
I just got new bearings for mine and I'm going to install them in the next couple of weeks.
