Holy @#$%, I would like to thank all FTEs who tried to help me with this dilema and or put up with my ramblings on trying to get it fixed. Solution was this connector right here, Its like a 10 pin connector and the little plastic tab that holds it tight is worn out from heat or whatever, so when im down there about to pull this motor-actuator thing off and check it/replace it.

I pull this connector off and it literally fell into my hand, i only observed this one when i was under there before because there is also this one which is actually connected to the little motor im assuming, and it was good.

So after i ziptiedtronics it on there everything works like a champ. Again thank you, hope this will save someone the head ache it caused me
The solenoid motor assembly is on the side of the transfer case, the little black motor is on the bottom of the transfer case. The transfer case is on the business end of the transmission.
It all started because i pulled a code of the gem module saying my 4x4 shift solenoid failure in the circuit, and when i looked a the solenoid that engages it that connector was good. How i fixed the prob was i got pissed and was going to take everything off/apart and replace the assembly but the upper connector that KREWAT was talking about was ON but LOOSE, so it was intermittent. The plastic tab that holds that connector LOCKED was worn out so the connector wasnt making solid contact, once i saw that i knew that was probably the problem and all is well now.
Ya this transfer case is on an automatic 4r100 with ESOF
