Tranny servicing

Wanted to know what brand of tranny fluid everyones uses? I'm getting ready to flush the tranny and reservice it, and wanted to see if there was a tranny fluid most of you preferred.

How many guarts & how do I know if I have a TC drain plug other than looking under the truck? What years had one?

Ford stopped installing torque converter drain plugs soon after they started building 2002 model year trucks.
