I`ve never heard of a 4 cylinder in an old Ford, just sixes in the USA as well as the Flat Head V 8`s.
Like you say Glen, a bigger truck that size should have a Flat Head.

Truck is located around Foam Lake, The door on the truck has Outlook, Sask. I looked again and I only see 4 cyls. The engine doe not even get past the front axles from the cab.
