I want to run the 315's with my stock rims but Discount Tire told me that I would have to go with a bigger rim 16x8 1/2. I PM'd one user that said he hasn't had any problems but he doesn't pull heavy so don't think the stock rims will work. Any thoughts?

I put the 315's on my stock rims, after a trip around the block I had them removed and put on some 16 x 10 rims. They rubbed on my leaf springs when turning left or right, and where an 1.5" further into the wheel well. With the new rims, They stick out past the wheel well and no more rub. The wheel well plastic is already gone.
