Does a travel trailer have some sort of Id tag on it? Where is it located? I am trying to find out what year a TT was made and the serial number. I would really also like to try todetermine weight before I move it.
I've seen some on the a-frame. Others, I have seen on the outside skin just foreward of the door. No real standard when it comes to that stuff. I've just gone by the registration.

Many trailers have the build information on a small sticker inside one of the interior cabinets ... good luck
Most trailers I have seen have a sticker with year model, weight capacity, axle and tire info on the drivers side of the front of the body of the trailer. There should also be a permanatly stamped in or welded on VIN number on the frame of the trailer.
My Jayco had and Weekend Warrior has a tag on the left front of the trailer body with info including weight, tire size, build date, etc. There is usually a tag inside a cabinet door with this info as well. On both of mine the interior tag was inside a kitchen cabinet.
