Tailgate Handle Broken

Had a little "incident" this weekend and now my tailgate handle is broken in half and my son is missing a tooth. Anyone have any experience replacing one of these? (the handle not the tooth) Cost, part numbers? Or is it just best to take it to the dealership and let them do it? It's a 04 SCrew w/black handles.

It Should be fairly straight forward. Remove the cover on the inside of the tail gate, and the handle assembly will be right there. I am not sure of the part number, but it should be a easy search.
