Disableing traction control?

Hey all, i want to know if it is at all possible to disable the traction conrtol on my 2006 escape xlt 4x4. I just got some BFG Mud Terrains and i cant even do anything because the rig wolnt let the tires slip. I know that ability of this little rig is limited. But i didnt waste my time lifting and outfitting it just to have it not work!!! any help is appreciated!

But it DOES work, that's why you wont get any slip. Isn't that the point of an all wheel drive vehicle?

yes, that is true, but it works so good that sometimes it keeps the rig fro moving, because a little wheel spin can sometimes be a good thing!
