I agree,they dont like gassers over there.I am curious about that bent metal flutter fix though.

That's a good one.

I cannot say that the site is all bad. One bad apple...well you know how it goes. As a gasser, I should (and so should all of us) at least be aware that it is a dedicated Diesel site.

The thing that bugs me is that the folks who burn gasoline in their SD's & Excursions help to support that site.

Yet, the ownership still condones what happened in the thread mrrottndog was talking about.

Hey guys.I tried bending that thin piece of alloy right under the torq converter like superdave from the ford diesel site did and my flutter problems are gone.I am one happy camper now.Any ideas on how to still convince the wife i still need headers?

Tell her this flutter thing is sure to lead to engine failure if ya don't install the headers

That's what I used to get my truck in the first place.
Don't think it'll work a second time for truck toys.
