Hello all-
I notice a small thump sound from engine compartment upon startup.
Usually only when cold start- about 5 secs after truck turns over.
Is theree something going on with these engines that is normal??

Turn off your AC and it shouldn't happen. It worked for me!

Go to the Super Duty And Heavy Duty forum and click on THump After Start.
