True Flow air filter?

True Flow air filter?
Any info on this filter would be appreciated. Is it a good filter that truly filters properly, and when cleaning it, do you have to apply any kind of oil coating, or is it a dry filter?

I got one free with some deal the Rhino Liner dealer was having when you buy a Rhino Liner. I used it for a couple weeks without any problems I am aware of, but as a creature of habit and have used K&N filters for over 20 yrs I went with the K&N
