Parking brake cable
OK, The other day I was getting out of my truck. went to set the parking brake and BOOM, the cable broke just below the door. Called the stealership and they said the cable is not interchangable, that I would have to buy the whole setup for the inside of the cab for $100. I use my brake quite a lot because its a standard and I kinda want to get this repaired soon. I havent seen any threads on parking brake cables so If you guys have any tips on what to do or how to change this out it would be very helpful. (00' f150 v6)
