1973 Bed Liner

Not trying to start line-x to bed liner debate. But I'm looking for a bed liner for my 73 F100 longbed. All the places I've called only go back to 74. Is there a difference? They said the wheelwells could have changed. Any ideas? Will the 74 work?

i agree there shouldn't be any debate. go with a spray-in liner, period. I had a Reflex liner put in mine and love it.

Drop in liners aren't the best, and something like line-x would be better, but either way, it's your truck.
So, from 73-79 nothing on the beds changed(only the bolt holes on High Boys). You'd be good to go.

I have a hard tonneau cover that seals.. I've had no issues with my drop in under it.

Ask them if they only show the Chevy back to '74. I bet the catalog just picked a drop off date.
