Okay...Granetelli (sp?) makes a larger MassAirflow Sensor. It is available at many reputable performance shops and catalogs.
I do not know anything about a larger throttle body.
If mrrottndog shows up he can attest to any performance gains from the Granetelli. He used to have one until he slapped on a Supercharger.
What do you do with the sensor when you remove the cat?
Where did you find larger injectors?
Seems like a lot of work. Why don't you have the heads ported and polished? The engine blueprinted and balanced? I imagine those mods alone would yield more gains that what you are planning, save for the addition of the headers.

I added the Granatelli MAS on mine after I had installed several other mods... Borla headers, hi-flow cat, Borla catback system, 4.56 gears, airraid air intake and filter, diablo chip.
I did not notice a BIG increase in performance with the MAF. But, I'm not saying there was none. I removed it 'per instructions from kenne bell' when the supercharger was installed.
P.S. Don't tell MONSTA about the 'No Girls' thing! Now he'll want to be your Pen Pal!!!
