Ok, I might have asked this question before, or at least I know I have seen this question asked before..However, I have never been able to see the response.. So here we go again.. I need to get the measurement from the front cab mount (bolt hole) to the centerline of the front wheels (spindle)..
I have searched the web and this site and all I can come up with is thevehicle spec sheet that shows the frame "hump" dimensions and the cab widths, etc.... My cab is not on my frame nor is it ready to be put on the frame yet, so I need to use what I have on the frame as a reference point or measuring point.. I am trying not to be too much of a pain..I hoped I might be able to come across someone here who has their cab off their frame already...
Thanks in advance , and if I can return the favor, then I will!!
My cab is on the frame, so I can't give you the dimension to the hole. However, the dimension from the fwd face of the cab mount outrigger to the spindle on mine is 25". If you want to center the wheel in the fender well opening, you should add 1-1/2" to that.
from the center of my front cab mount hole to the middle of the king pin is 24.5
This was taken in the air on my lift. I cant lower to the ground right now to much crap under it.
Good luck RT
