Well I was actually curious what causes it to be thicker like that because I will be Herculining my bumper and I don't want to make the same mistake. Do you know what causes it?

Looks decent. I am going to spray my bed eventually once I finish all the body work. I assume if you spray it evenly it will stay even. It probably build up because his little brother went slower, or he added extra coats.
