hi just bought a v-10 with 70,000 miles its a 2000 f 350 4x4 any advice on the 2000 model

Drive it like you stole it. I have 2000 4x2 supercab v10 54000 mi,no problems,service your trans regurly,enjoy the power!maintinence!

Like what?

My advice? Drive it, maintain it properly, don't get too "scared" of it by reading some of the *doomsday* posts on the net. Some people come here to vent and to report a problem that MAY not be indicative of a widespread issue.

It is usually best to just take it under advisement and find the best method for prevention or if it even effects your truck.

Also, beware the mod bug...

Well i didnt mean dog it out,just dont be scared to break it,using common sense,something my friends say i lack
