The neck of the MSR fuel bottle fits into the opening in the fuel filler tube. Just add as much or little as desired... no drips, no cups, no funnels... no errors.
This is what I use. Found it at the local dealer. You can take off the long clear flexable neck also. It fits perfectly on the powerservice bottle and has a twist lock. This totally eliminates the need to transfer it into another dispenser. Just my.10 worth
I have a couple of old motor oil bottles I use. Keep everything in an old milk crate bungied to one of the hold downs. Big bottle of power service, 1 funnel, 2 oil bottles, and a gallon of winshield fluid.
I use an old Sta-bil bottle with the squeeze measuring device on one side. This way regardless of how much fuel I add, I can add the proper amount of DK.
I have a crew cab so I keep the bottle behind the back seat.

Similar ... I use a file folder tote. It has a lid and keeps debris out.
I have added some pictures of my plastic fuel additive bottles to my gallary. See links below. One is of the bottle itself, note the mark on the bottle so no measuring needed. Then the plastic bin that holds 12 bottles plus room for other grease rags and small items.
I've updated my process to use the small bottles like you do. The big difference is that I have the drink nozzle on the bottles I use. It makes it easy to add without spillage around the filler neck.
I've since added a toolbox to mine and the sliding tray holds five bottles perfectly.
I use an old bottle from Marvel Mystery Oil. It is 32 oz. so it lasts for four tanks then I refill it. It has four oz. increments marked on the side and a long neck and it's made for petrol products. My big bottle of PS says 96 oz. treats 300 gallons so 1 oz. per gallon is close. I just use 8 oz. per fill which is usually in the 20-25 gallon range.
I recently got a batch of Schaeffer products including the synthetic winter fuel additive. That lable says 16 oz. treats 125 gallons but just to keep it simple I think I'll use 4 oz. to a tank rather than trying to measure out 3 oz. I will start using it when I run out of PS.
I've been reading all the posts I can find on fuel additive containers trying to find what would work best for me. I stopped a Wally World tonight on my way home and I think I have found what will work for me. It's the small plastic bottles of Super Tech, 2 Cycle oil. It comes in 16 ounce bottles with the clear stripe on the side and is marked in 2 ounce increments. That way I can adjust the amount I want to use. The plastic bottles are made with HDPE plastic and should be safe for any of the additives. The cost was $1.54 which I think is cheap. You can use the oil in some of your 2 cycle engines or just just give it to someone who needs it. All in all I think I have found my answer.
