head gasket leak.
my head gasket is leaking agin !!!!! 
well i just replace both of the frist of july and now drive side is leaking coolant.. just a lilte bit went cold go's away when hot ..
i had the heads sent out to head shop and cleaned upand injector cups replace..
one of the guys at work thinks i should try retorgue the head bolts ???
or go back in replace the gasket and see what went wrong ??
99 f250 4x4 no mods yet...

The 7.3 heads are not to be milled. There is no tolerance for that. If they are out of tolerance, they are to be replaced according to the factory manual.
I don't want to pee in your corn flakes, just wanted to advise you of that. I am not sure what milling the heads will do to the engine but apparantly it is not recommended. Between compression ratio changes and valve to piston clearance, I have no idea. Could this contribute to your leaking head gasket, who knows? Hopefully someone smarter will come along and explain this.
