I got a wild hair the other day on Ebay and got two new Triton V10 badges for the truck. I want to put them on my Excursion where they are on the Trucks. I was wondering if someone could give me some measurements on how high up they are and how far back as well. My wife thinks I am crazy for buying them too. $14.01 shipped to my door seemed like a good deal. Thanks.
I used the mold lines on the turn signals to line up mine. I think I used the third one from the bottom. Also, they are about 2-3 inches back from the edge of the fender.
PS, if one trys to install V10 badges on a truck equipped with a 5.4, your truck will start to run very wierd! Dealer will not cover truck warranty, either! I know for this thread this is not the case, but I have been hearing a lot of rumors of people installing V10 badges on 5.4s. Folks, you really need to get the real 10 cylinder engine to cover yourself!

That's ok, I've seen several F150's wearing F250 badges. The nerve of those guys
