Need help with blower speeds
I was driving down the street the other day with the blower speed in the medium range and the blower just quit. I have high speed but that is it, I really need the lower speeds so the inside of the truck is quieter. Where and how do I check this and find the problem? think it could be as easy as a switch? Thanks, John

I agree with KingRanch. I just finished fixing mine with the same problem, only had high speed for fan. My resistor pack was rusted out and the plug into was partially melted! It is not a hard job to do (less than an hour) and a mirror and a light does help. Look under the passenger side dash in the air vent, you will see a plug with 4 or 5 wires going into it. Remove the plug and I think the resistor pack was held in with 2 screws.
