In your situation I'd get the Excursion, and also buy like a 12 ft utility trailer to haul whatever you need that is dirty or bulky. "If mama ain't happy~ain't NOBODY happy" My wife is scared to drive my truck haha....she's driving a mid-size SUV.

I wrestled with the same problem when I was buying a truck. In the end I wanted the ability to haul dirty stuff in the bed and tow a 5th or gooseneck if I ever really have to. My mom has an excursion. Eventhough it's hers my dad drives it way more than she does. The Ex is nice but IMHO nothing beats the versitility of a CC 350.
