3.0 or 3.2 SHO stuffed into a Ranger

Can anyone point me in the right direction where I can get info on stuffing an SHO into a '98 Ranger? That Vulcan's a dog, its gotta go!

the aerostar is the same a4ld thats in the ranger/b2 and if thats the case then dont waste your time you will be swapping trannies faster then you change your underwear
